Delivery Speed

This item is dispatched on a 1-3 Working Days service so order it by 5:30pm today and it should be delivered between Thursday 2nd and Monday 6th to Mainland England, Wales and Southern Scotland. Other destinations will take 1 to 2 days longer. Subject to Stock Availability.

We only deliver to addresses in the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland, the Isle of Man and the Channel Islands. Delivery is normally made between 8am and 6pm working days only. Any issues with your order must be communicated to us in writing within 2 working days of receiving the goods. The fastest way is to simply reply to the 'Order Dispatched' email we have sent you. Do not pass messages to the delivery driver - they are unable to pass messages back to us! If the issue is ours or the carrier's fault, we will sort it out as quickly as possible and of course at no extra charge.

Order not arrived

When your order is despatched we send you an 'Order Dispatched' email which tells you on what day at the latest your order should arrive. If you have not had your order by that date you must contact us immediately so we can investigate - unless you tell us, we will not know that your order has not arrived!

Item missing from your delivery

Contact us within 2 working days and we will check with the carrier to see if there is still a parcel en-route or if it has been lost. If lost we will send a replacement.

Item received is not the item you ordered

Should a mistake be made in the picking and dispatch of your order, just contact us within 2 working days and we will arrange to resend the correct item and collect the wrong item from you.

Item has arrived but is damged

Contact us within 2 working days of receipt of your order and if possible include photo(s) of the damage, including the box and shipping label, as this will help in claiming from the carrier. We will dispatch a replacement and we may need to collect the damaged item from you.

Item is faulty

If faulty right away just contact us and we will arrange for it to be collected and replaced. If the item becomes faulty after a period of use, contact us and we will advise if the item needs replacing or a repair depending on the warranty of the item.

Item is unwanted / cancel order

If you do not want an item and want a refund then you must contact us in writing within 14 days (for consumers) or 2 working days (businesses, trade & resellers) of delivery to arrange a return. The item must be unopened and unused and in its original packaging and be in a resellable condition. Either we must collect the item from you at your cost which is up to a maximum of £7.50 (excl vat), or you will have to return the item to an address we specify, at your cost. We may deduct a restocking fee of up to 25% of the item if we ourselves are charged to return the item to our supplier. A refund less the deductions will be made to your original purchase method within 14 days of the item being received and checked in at the warehouse. Food & drink, dated items, software, made to order items and furniture cannot be returned.
